Two tenants for the old Circle bar:  Washington Video
(from S St) will move there, and that new little HRC 
(Human Rights Campaign) store now next to Xando will 
move into the basement.  Rumour also talks about a 
lounge of some sort thrown in...

Kulturas book store is moving to new location south of
Childe Harold.

The old luggage shop in the Mayflower will be home to 
London-based Thomas Pink, selling fine mens shirts.

Expect a new look for Grape Finds, as a NY-based wine 
shop is suing them for stealing their idea.

Stanislavsky Theater Studio will permanently reside in
the Church St Theatre, as they have rented it on a 
yearly basis.  Woolly Mammoth will be in the KenCen's
AFI theatre for at least a year.

Franklin Covey is hunting for prime new spots in DC, 
including Dupont.

New hotel at 1475 Mass Ave (e of 15th) opening in the

Someone likes the Residences at Ritz-Carlton under 
construction - 70 out of 162 condos are already under
contract, priced at $0.49 to 4.95 million.
